　　In this paper, we share some problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of container electrical. We must pay attention to the following contents.

　　1. 电缆敷设及防护措施

　　电缆室外部分埋于地下，通过时由焊接钢管保护。放置在灰尘和潮湿地方的保护管道应密封。电缆应沿近的线路敷设，尽量减少弯曲。如果保护线超过一定长度，应加接线盒，接线盒的位置应便于穿线。箱体开口应整齐，与管径一致。

　　The outer part of cable chamber is buried underground and protected by welded steel pipe when passing. Protective pipes placed in dusty and humid areas should be sealed. Cables should be laid along the nearest line to minimize bending. If the protective wire exceeds a certain length, the junction box should be installed, and the location of the junction box should be convenient for threading. The opening of the box body should be neat and in line with the diameter of the pipe.

　　2. 绝缘电阻的振动测量

　　所有电器安装完毕后，应通过振动测量绝缘电阻。在振荡过程中，应断开线路上所有开关、刀门、仪器、设备和电气开关。确认振动正确后，即可进行输电试验。

　　荧光灯的安装:在同一房间内，单盏灯在中心，多盏灯成直线安装，其偏差在50毫米以内;荧光灯与吊索链、吊索链与灯管相互垂直，吊索链相互平行。其他灯具的安装:根据灯具的外形尺寸达到安装位置，可靠地固定灯具，将线头包好紧贴天花板，不能外露。

　　4. 配电箱和配电柜的安装

　　配电箱和控制箱的安装位置应按使用要求布置。安装前，应确保箱体、柜体完整，开口正确，切口整齐。暗嵌配电箱盖应靠近墙面。吊箱应垂直，标高应准确。零线由母线连接，无拼接现象，涂漆盒I盒内外干净，盒盖和开关灵活，回路号清晰，结线整齐，PE线安装明显牢固。配电柜安装时，先调整直线位置，并按标示位置固定安装。

　　The installation position of distribution box and control box should be arranged according to the requirements of operation. The suspension box should be vertical and the elevation should be accurate. Zero wires are connected by buses, without splicing. When installing the distribution cabinet, first adjust the straight line position, and fix the installation according to the labeled position.

　　5. 安装防雷接地系统

　　采用Tn-s一体化接地，并设置专用PE地线。施工材料要求:防雷接地系统所有金属部件均应镀锌，锌层均匀，无锈蚀及锌层剥落现象。工程使用的材料必须具有资质证书，经现场监理和技术人员验收合格后方可使用。

　　TN-s integrated grounding is adopted, and special PE grounding wire is set up. Construction Material Requirements: All metal parts of lightning protection grounding system should be galvanized, the zinc layer should be uniform, no corrosion and zinc layer spalling phenomenon. The materials used in the project must have the qualification certificate, which can be used only after the site supervision and technical personnel have passed the acceptance.
